Booking Conditions

Conditions of hire

The apartment is available for the whole year, for four occupants.
The rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday. Minimum rental period is one week .
Arrival after 16.00hrs and depart before 10.00hrs.
During the winter period the apartment may be rented for a period other than one week by specific arrangement with the proprietor.
Water and electricity are included in the rental fee .
A refundable damage and key return deposit of €100 is payable when confirming the booking.
A €50 cleaning charge is levied for each rental.
Keys must be returned within a week of your return.
The proprietor reserves the right to charge for damages.

Reservation Procedure

First Stage

Send an e-mail with your name, address, city, post code, number of guests and the dates you would like to rent the apartment to info@portgrimaudfrance.co.uk to check availability.
We will respond confirming availability and if available we will forward the rental agreement.
Return the rental agreement to emma.thomas@mhds.co.uk
Transfer 50% of the rental value to:

In the name of Martin Healer. Please include your name in the transfer documents for reference.
For reservations within one month of occupation, the total rental fee including €100 key deposit must be paid.
An initial enquiry will be valid for three days.

Second Stage - The Final Booking

Your reservation is confirmed once 50% of the rental is paid and the rental agreement signed. Until 50% of the rental has been paid your reservation is NOT confirmed. To ensure compliance with the three day requirement telephone or electronic transfers are the most reliable method of payment. We reserve the right to extend the three day Option.
The final 50% and the €100 key deposit and cleaning charge must be received no later than one month before arrival at the apartment.
The key deposit of €100 will be returned to the client after checking the condition of the apartment and the return of the keys to Emma Thomas at; MHDS, 8 Old Field Road, Bocam Park, Pencoed, Bridgend, CF35 5LJ
The keys will be forwarded to the hirer to arrive one week before occupation.
